Uniquely designed 2,000 sqft hub located at ‘the world’s most tightly packed start-up ecosystem’ (The Economist, Jan 2014) at BLOCK71, JTC LaunchPad @ One North with over 800 players in the entrepreneurial community.

If you are a start-up that with an ambition to reimagine the maritime industry, PIER71TM welcomes you to apply for a sponsored residency at our Landing Pad. Facilities include biometric access, fibre broadband, printer/copier/scanner, pantry, meeting room and event space.




PIER71TM organises learning and networking events throughout the year. These are attended by our community of start-ups, maritime corporate and partners. If you are planning an event with a maritime or entrepreneurial focus, you are welcome to use our Landing Pad. Our event space is equipped with an audio/visual system and can accommodate up to 40 guests.
