In April 2024, Motion Ventures and PIER71™, supported by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA), launched the Maritime Singapore Startup Ecosystem Map 2024.

The first of its kind in Singapore, the map showcases the active Singapore-based marinetech startups according to their key focus areas. This initiative aims to help global maritime companies, investors, and technology companies discover Singapore’s innovative maritime solutions, fostering information exchange and catalysing collaborative opportunities within the maritime industry.
