PIER71TM organises learning and networking events throughout the year. These are attended by our community of start-ups, maritime corporate and partners. If you are planning an event with a maritime or entrepreneurial focus, you are welcome to use our Landing Pad. Our event space is equipped with an audio/visual system and can accommodate up to 40 guests.

Dravam utilises their patented scanning method to monitor fuel composition & to further predict presence of contaminants during the flow in pipelines. Having deployed their solution on a bunker tanker in Singapore, with the support of both MPA and class, Dravam has been providing quality monitoring for both loading and unloading operations. Dravam is the winner of PIER71™’s SPC2019. Currently Dravam is piloting solutions for the receiving vessels, aimed at supporting condition monitoring with fuel quality scanning to assist vessel efficiency improvements.

Tagvance provides high accuracy tracking and monitoring solutions that allow businesses to determine in real time the exact location of people and assets in industrial spaces. IoT nodes are placed at various locations around the tracking area, and tags which are worn by people or placed on the assets can last several years. The tracking system operates at Bluetooth and LoRa radio frequencies, making it ideal for both outdoor and indoor tracking. In addition to positioning data, the system can provide sensor data, so operators have a better idea of what is happening at the specific location. This solution helps to improve operational costs.

Validate your tech, test your assumptions, and find the perfect match for your innovation. A review will be conducted at the end of Phase 1. Only selected participants will advance to Phase 2.

Now, it's time to bridge the commercial gap. In this phase, you’ll partner with industry veterans who bring sharp business insights to the table. Together, you’ll navigate and conquer markets that may be uncharted territory for your startup.
