Trade 2.0 – Singapore – Maritime Startup and Innovation Report

21 Apr, 2021

Inmarsat has released a report in collaboration with Nick Chubb (Thetius) and Leonardo Zangrando (Startup Wharf) that provides insights on the vibrant maritime innovation system in Singapore, and how that has become a magnet for start-ups.

“The combination of Singapore’s vibrant maritime community, and the wider support for innovation and entrepreneurship, gives Singapore a natural advantage when it comes to developing and growing maritime startups.”

The report also highlights a number of PIER71 start-ups – Aeras Medical, Claritecs, Kanda, Ocean Freight Exchange, Portcast and Tagvance – that have successfully completed pilot projects with our corporate partners through Smart Port Challenge.
