Patrick Nathan
Senior Advisor, Deloitte Risk Advisory Services

Patrick served as a Colonel with the Singapore Armed Forces. He worked at the Prime Minister’s Office for seven years and was instrumental in setting up the National Security Coordination Centre. He was its first Deputy Director for Strategic Policy Development. He subsequently launched and managed the Government’s Risk Assessment and Horizon Scanning programme.

In the private sector, Patrick was Director for Security and Emergency Planning and Vice President of Corporate Communications at a major public transport operator. He is now with Deloitte’s Risk Advisory Services, where he is a Senior Advisor in Risk Sensing, Enterprise Risk Management, Crisis Management, Crisis Communications, Business Continuity Management and Critical Infrastructure Protection.

Can has an excellent track record of building team to facilitate clients outreach into decision makers from government, standard bodies and industry groups. He creates strategic alliances with service providers, global vendors and organisations offering innovative products and services. He has been involved in founding and advising many ventures to become the first choice of many telco operators in obtaining the right-of-way permits and outsourcing innovative projects. He created the first A-Z mobile payment and ticketing platform for the public transportation sector and influenced mobile operators to participate in the mobile ticketing initiative. Tagvance is currently deploying it’s solutions in mines, sea ports and shipyards.

Validate your tech, test your assumptions, and find the perfect match for your innovation. A review will be conducted at the end of Phase 1. Only selected participants will advance to Phase 2.


Phase 2: Gap Busters - Navigating New Markets

Now, it's time to bridge the commercial gap. In this phase, you’ll partner with industry veterans who bring sharp business insights to the table. Together, you’ll navigate and conquer markets that may be uncharted territory for your startup.
