Nanomatics is a deep tech start-up specialising in waste management solutions. Today, tackling waste from maritime industry relies heavily on incineration and landfilling. We aim to enable more recycling and create a positive sustainability impact for companies. We use advanced technologies that convert hard-to-recycle waste into a range of high value products, including solid carbon and hydrogen. Carbon is captured as carbon nanotubes, a specialty chemical used as an additive in batteries, plastics and coatings to enhance conductivity, durability and strength. The low-carbon hydrogen produced is a strategic resource for the upcoming energy transition needed to achieve net zero targets.
