Willog is intend to move forward with Differentiation:

By securing the incoming data, we can prevent tampering caused by external and internal hacking, thus ensuring more transparent information delivery compared to existing services.

Real-Time Product Status Data Provision:

Using time-series data arrays, users can intuitively check information received at their selected interval times. This allows for flexibility in terms of location and time without constraints, and there are no limitations on expanding the range of desired sensors and data storage.

There are many similar models, but our business model can create new business fields and markets by applying differentiated technology. Currently, we provide a solution that offers real-time data on maritime logistics movements, allowing users to select and easily transfer desired dates and data to the web or mobile. A key differentiator is the ability to add desired tracking functions, not only for temperature and humidity but also for light, tilt, shock, GPS, and other features, providing added convenience.

Future Scalability:

Domestically, we are utilizing the Maritime service test market for full-scale services, and we plan to establish a business promotion strategy targeting overseas markets. We intend to expand into technical or logistics management solutions, developing technology to convert all situations at each logistics point into data, with the aim of evolving into a comprehensive logistics management solution.

For instance, in the context of finance and insurance, data acquired from cargo movements (distance, time, monitoring data) can be used to calculate reduced reinsurance costs by measuring transport loss rates for each logistics company and shipper, thereby expanding into related services such as cargo insurance and entering the digital logistics segment.

In the case of carbon emissions trading, data obtained from land transportation can be validated through a carbon trading platform and then this data to apply a revenue-generating model in maritime. Additionally, services that identify the carbon coefficient of containers and cold chain product production can enter the market.

Through data-based subscription services, the first phase involves providing reports on maritime transportation status monitoring. In the second phase, we aim to offer loss rate information through specific services and data analysis, suggesting simple transportation methods, and providing ESG reports generated during transportation. The goal is to enhance the service to provide data-based consulting and training services.
